Elliott is an expert in cloud native data engineering, strategy and architecture, with more than two decades of experience implementing cutting-edge, data-driven cloud native applications. He has a passion for helping organizations understand the true potential in their data by working as a strategist, architect, and builder.
Elliott is a thought leader, speaker, educator for modern data engineering, cloud adoption, and Data Mesh. He is an AWS Data Hero, recognized for his success in implementation, education, and community contribution, Forbes Tech Council member, and LinkedIn Top Voice in Data Warehousing and Data Engineering.
Lauren Crout
Head of Operations
Lauren is an operations leader with expertise in managing org wide programs, designing processes that gain adoption, and leading strategic change management. She’s worked across industries in healthcare, academia, design, and technology with notable organizations like St. Jude, Stanford, and IDEO. An expert in solving complex challenges at scale, summarizing any meeting, and bringing a little southern charm to the team.
